Rental Rates
One week = $450.00
One week is 7 days and six nights. Example: Pick-up on Friday and return on Thursday.
4 Days = $320.00
4 Days can be Monday thru Thursday or Friday thru Monday
Extra Day = $80.00
Extra days may be added to weekly or 4 Day Rentals
Delivery and Pick up Fees= $1.50/mile with a minimum of $50.00 for Delivery or Pick up
Mileage is computed on half of a round trip for delivery and same for Pick up
Reservation Fee = One Half of Rental Fee.
Cancellation Fees: From date of reservation 25%. 15 to 30 days prior to reservation 50%. Within 14 days of reservation there will be no refund.
Trailer Towing Policy
Renters choosing to tow the trailer will be required to:
1.) Have hitch and wiring approved two weeks prior to reservation.
2.) Provide documentation from your insurance company that the liability insurance on your tow vehicle will include the towed vehicle.
Other Charges
Security Deposit $300.00
Reservation fee will be applied to security deposit. Any additional charges will be deducted from security deposit.
Cleaning Fee.
Units are cleaned prior to leaving. They are due back in similar condition or a cleaning fee will be charged.
Propane.
Propane tanks will be full on departure. Renter will be responsible for all gas used.
Waste tank charge. $75.00
Holding tanks will be empty when trailer is picked up. Tanks must be empty prior to return.
Lost or Damaged items.
Renter is responsible for any lost or damaged item(s).
Late Fee Minimum $80.00
Returns after 1:00 PM on scheduled date will be charged an additional day unless prior arrangement is made.
No returns on holidays or Sundays. Vehicles dropped off will be the responsibility of the renter.
No refunds for early returns.
